AppDynamics:

Support the deployment, tuning, releases, and upgrades of application monitoring tools.
Maintain and grow the infrastructure monitoring platform environment.
Must have experience of App dynamics, managing SaaS based implementation, deployments, upgrades and maintenance across multiple platforms.
Understand the customer needs and prepare plan to On-Board new applications into APM infrastructure.
Must have experience in onboarding and decommissioning application on App dynamics and generate various reports.
Must have experience in applications, measures, business transactions and designing dashboards depending on the business needs of the Application team.
Must have experience in monitoring progress during each test to ensure that the application is tested and validated on time and within budget.
Must have experience working on LINUX and Windows upgrade.
Good to have Splunk and synthetic monitoring experience.
Scripting and data base experience.
Monitored hardware metrics of virtual servers (CPU, Memory, Disk I/O and Network I/O) .
Install, run, and get results using AppDynamics. Also, analyze performance metrics to diagnose system problems.
Tune, deploy and configure AppDynamics for complex applications. Also, create custom dashboards to provide an application's overall health status.

• To adhere to quality standards, regulatory requirements and company policies
• To ensure positive customer experience and CSAT through First Call Resolution and minimum rejected resolutions / Reopen Cases
• To participate or contribute on EN business in creation of proposals to drive Service improvement plans.
• To independently resolve tickets & esnure that the agreed SLA of ticket volume and time are met for the team.
• To provide support for on call escalations /L3 level support and doing incident & problem management
• Work on value adding activities such Knowledge base update & management, Training freshers, coaching analysts & conducting interviews/participation in hiring drives.
