Experience L3 - Minimum 8+ yearsQualification - Bachelor s Science degree (preferably engineering related), CCNP / ACSP Qualified with Good communication Skills both written and verbal.Hands on experience over enterprise level networks, capable of trouble shooting independently. ITIL certified preferred.JDDesign, Plan and deploy wireless network from beginning to Implementation of WLC, Access point, corporate wireless and BYOD solution in Local and Central controller.Troubleshooting wireless performance and support wireless infrastructure related issue.Document the existing wireless network infrastructure.Prepare and maintain technical customer documentation (Visio document/LLD/HLD) and handover to the different Technical Support Team.Coordinate with project team and attend the customer meeting for project updatePassive and Active Wireless based on the RF standard in Aruba Central, Airwave etc. toolsSkillsExperience in Cisco / Aruba OS, Mobility Master, VPNC, and Anchor controllersExperience in Cisco Catalyst / Aruba Access pointsExperience in CAPWAP, LWAPP & Flexconnect protocolsExperience in LAN HPe Procurve / HPe Aruba SwitchesExperience in Nexux Switches for Data Centre deployment. Strong Knowledge of routing protocols - BGP, OSPF, EIGRP and RIPStrong Knowledge of switch technology, wireless, Vlan, VTP, EtherChannel, VRRP, HSRP, STPGood knowledge of wireless technologies and IEEE 802.11 a/b/g/n/ac/ax standardsExperience in WLC controllers integration with clearpass for radius authentication / Guest / BYOD solution.Experience in Aruba Central, Airwave and Cisco Prime tools.Experience in LAN/WAN technologies, MPLS, SDWAN, Aruba SD Branch Gateway solutionKnowledge of ITIL standard Process in change management.Certifications Preference: Aruba ACMA / ACA, ACMP / ACP / ACSP (preferred)Cisco: CCNP (Routing/Switching), CCNA Wireless.

  • To adhere to quality standards, regulatory requirements and company policies
  • To ensure positive customer experience and CSAT through First Call Resolution and minimum rejected resolutions / Reopen Cases
  • To participate or contribute on EN business in creation of proposals to drive Service improvement plans.
  • To independently resolve tickets & esnure that the agreed SLA of ticket volume and time are met for the team.
  • To provide support for on call escalations /L3 level support and doing incident & problem management
  • Work on value adding activities such Knowledge base update & management, Training freshers, coaching analysts & conducting interviews/participation in hiring drives.
