Exadata / Exadata Cloud@Customer
Responsibilities / Experience Experience of database migration from non-Exadata to Exadata environment
DB migration from Non-RAC to RAC
Cross platform DB migration
Understanding of Golden gate is must
Experience of Migrating non multitenant to multitenant database deployment
Good Experience of working on 19c databases
Data guard administration and implementation
Hands on experience of RAC, Database and ASM management
Solid understanding of RAC components and architecture
Performance tuning experience of RAC and database
Good understanding of Exadata Architecture
Clear understanding of Exadata features like Flash cache, Storage Index, HCC and IORM
Solid exposure of Exadata hardware
Understanding of LUNS, Cell Disk and Grid disk
Implementation experience of Exadata features
Understanding of CELLCLI and DCLI
Performance tuning of Exadata component
Understanding of Cell Storage software
Troubleshooting experience
Experience implementing TDE

• To adhere to quality standards, regulatory requirements and company policies
• To ensure positive customer experience and CSAT through First Call Resolution and minimum rejected resolutions or Reopen Cases
• To participate or contribute on EN business in creation of proposals to drive Service improvement plans.
• To independently resolve tickets and esnure that the agreed SLA of ticket volume and time are met for the team.
• To provide support for on call escalations orL3 level support and doing incident and problem management
• Work on value adding activities such Knowledge base update and management, Training freshers, coaching analysts and conducting interviewsorparticipation in hiring drives.
