1. Telco Engineer L2HCL team is looking for an experienced Telco Engineers with expertise in Telco cloud implementation and troubleshooting experience. In this role, you ll work closely with operations team on some of HCL's largest and most strategic customer engagements to perform VMware Telco Cloud operation, implement POC solutions and provide support for running services. o Position Telco Engineer o Designation Senior Specialisto Experience - A minimum of 4-6 years of experience in an engineering/operations role with a VMware exposure. Roles & Responsibilities: Operate the VMware Telco Cloud Infrastructure/NFVI/VMware TCP Resolve critical and complex VMware Telco Cloud technical issues in a 24x7x365 global support. Ability to quickly identify customer issues to existing Telco Cloud network. Create documentation (SOP's & TSG's) to help teams to support operations. Work with Architects to deliver solutions and operate new capabilities in customer environment. Analyse and eliminate top issues impacting customer experience. Work with automation team to solve customer problems and develop scripts to automate troubleshooting and diagnostics activities. Requirements: 4-6 years of experience in a technical position and a minimum of 2 years of experience as VMware TCA & ESXi. Hands on experience under VMware platform like TCA, vCenter, NSX, VRO. Manage and troubleshoot the VMware Telco Cloud Platform. Manage and troubleshoot of CNF LCM via TCA Familiar with VIM infrastructure. Ability to support large projects related to VMware Telco Cloud. Understanding of HELM chart, Grafana, Harbour. Good understanding of Kubernetes infrastructure POD, rolling updates, scale up/down, HPA, node affinity, services etc. Work with various BUs for successful execution of projects Primary Skill: VMware TCA, TCP, ContainerSecondary Skill: ESXi, vSAN, NSX
- To adhere to quality standards, regulatory requirements and company policies
- To ensure positive customer experience and CSAT through First Call Resolution and minimum rejected resolutions or Reopen Cases
- To participate or contribute on EN business in creation of proposals to drive Service improvement plans.
- To independently resolve tickets and esnure that the agreed SLA of ticket volume and time are met for the team.
- To provide support for on call escalations orL3 level support and doing incident and problem management
- Work on value adding activities such Knowledge base update and management, Training freshers, coaching analysts and conducting interviewsorparticipation in hiring drives.
