Division/Department EUC SBU Track/Skill (Select from Drop Down) Active Directory - L3 T Level T5-T6 Ops General Description Responsibilities :- 1. 9-11 years of total expeience with minimum of 7 years Designing and implementing Active Directory, ADFS, Azure and MFA 2. Day to day administration of L3 and esclated calls and provide resolution "3. Administration, support, maintenance and monitoring of the Active directoryDay to day administration, support, maintenance and monitoring of the MS Exchange 2003/2007/2010 infrastructure " 5. Global experince in managing large environments is necessary. 6. Shoud have worked in fast paced challenging work environment. 7. Responsible for producing RCA for the high severity issues 8. Excellent communication and verbal skills Technical Requirements "1. Strong hands on experience in complex Microsoft Active Directory, Windows Azure enterprise environment. Candidate should have experience in handling ADDS servers of 2003/2008/2012 independently" 2. Experience on Configuring and Administration of High Availbility enviornment for Exchange Services 3. Provide administration and engineering support for all Active Directory related projects such implementing new system or process. "4. Clear understanding of disaster recovery processes of Active Directory4. Clear understanding of Azure and ADFS" "5. Experience in deploying and configuring ADFS, FIM and Isolated AD environemts" 6. Should have knowledge on AD consolidation, migration 7. Configuration of Group policies, AGPM "8. Candidate should be experienced in Support, optimize and maintain AD replication, backup and restore9. " 9. Experience on Migration Tools like Quest Migration or any other third party tool for Inter and Intra forest AD migrations 10. Should have knowledge about capacity planning in distributed environment. "11. Strong understanding and experince with DNS,DHCP, Radius and NPS" 12. Experience in supporting AD server health check and should be in position to recommend the best practices 13. Patch and configuration management of AD 14. Experience in handling LDAP,NTLM and Kerberos 15. Experience in handling Microsoft CA, OCSP Servers 16. Strong Active Directory knowledge to resolve Esclated tickets Soft Skills 1. Experience on Incident and Task management tool like remedy. 2. excellent oral and written communication skill. 3. Experience in handling customer and severity cases. 4. Ability to produce RCA for major and critical cases. 5. Team handling and conflict management skills 6. Ablity to produce technical documentations Other Skills / Experience 1. Good experince in managing ADFS 2. Administration and configuration of FIM and CA 3. Excellent written and verbal communication skills (Workshop and Documentation) 4. MCTS or MCITP Windows AD 5. A sound and proven knowledge, hands on of MS server technologies, i.e. Windows Server 2008, MS Exchange,O365 , File & Print, RDS, etc is a PLUS 10. Working as part of a team to plan, build and deploy Microsoft Solutions to customers Years of Experience 9-11 Years of experience is required.

  • To adhere to quality standards, regulatory requirements and company policies
  • To ensure positive customer experience and CSAT through First Call Resolution and minimum rejected resolutions or Reopen Cases
  • To participate or contribute on EN business in creation of proposals to drive Service improvement plans.
  • To independently resolve tickets and esnure that the agreed SLA of ticket volume and time are met for the team.
  • To provide support for on call escalations orL3 level
