Job Responsibilities: 1. Design and Architecture:o Developing the architecture and design for AVD environments.o Ensuring solutions meet business requirements and align with best practices.2. Implementation and Deployment:o Leading the implementation and deployment of AVD solutions.o Configuring virtual machines, storage, networking, and other related Azure services.o Setting up user profiles and session hosts.3. Management and Optimization:o Managing and maintaining the AVD environment, including monitoring performance and ensuring availability.o Optimizing the environment for performance, cost, and user experience.o Implementing and managing policies for access and security.4. Security and Compliance:o Ensuring the AVD environment complies with relevant security and compliance standards.o Implementing security measures such as multi-factor authentication (MFA), role-based access control (RBAC), and data encryption.5. Troubleshooting and Support:o Providing advanced troubleshooting for issues related to AVD.o Supporting end-users and IT staff with AVD-related queries and problems.6. Training and Documentation:o Creating and maintaining documentation for the AVD environment.o Training end-users and IT staff on using and managing AVD.7. Integration and Collaboration:o Collaborating with other IT teams to integrate AVD with other systems and services.o Working with stakeholders to understand their needs and ensure the AVD environment meets those needs8. Staying Updated:o Keeping up-to-date with the latest developments and features in AVD and related Azure services.o Continuously improving skills and knowledge through training and certifications.has context menu

  • To adhere to quality standards, regulatory requirements and company policies
  • To ensure positive customer experience and CSAT through First Call Resolution and minimum rejected resolutions or Reopen Cases
  • To participate or contribute on EN business in creation of proposals to drive Service improvement plans.
  • To independently resolve tickets and esnure that the agreed SLA of ticket volume and time are met for the team.
  • To provide support for on call escalations orL3 level support and doing incident and problem management
  • Work on value adding activities such Knowledge base update and management, Training freshers, coaching analysts and conducting interviewsorparticipation in hiring drives.
