Job description:

It is a direct customer facing lead consultant role. Primary responsibility is to understand each request from the Customer and provide corresponding reports, data and information from the Cohesity cluster systems. A candidate with experience with PowerBI for reporting would be preferred.Review delivery performance with the customer weekly and monthly. The role involves indirect management of a 24x7 support team managing daily operations and Cohesity systems. The Lead will understand evolving requirements and work closely with the Customer Engineering and Cohesity Vendor Engineering teams on the issues. He will also provide daily updates to the Customer and HCL Management. NetBackup and Arcserve knowledge is secondary but not mandatory. Perform tasks related to system usage monitoring, configuration, upgrade, addition new nodes to cluster, Data center deployment, resolve compliance issues and audit findings to work together with Customer and vendor.

• To clealry understand the client's cybersecurity environment and respective technological products.
• To identify and mitigate cybersecurity gaps in the client's environment and Skill Enhancement
• To complete assigned projects and tuningortechnical enhancement activities within the agreed timelines and support in the maturation of client's security postureorcomplianceorprocesses through idea generation and value creation.
• To analyse security concerns in Change Management Process and implement tools for Cyber Security improvement.
• To investigate cybersecurity incidents, perform RCA, work and coordinate with teams for all the ongoing critical security issues.
• To enable knowledge transfer through creationor maintenance of process documents; and training for specific tools to ensure all team members are updated on the tools and processes used
• To update client and stakeholders on current project progress and ongoing critical issues
