Microsoft O365 and TeamsJob Summary: The Microsoft O365 and Teams Calling Engineer will be responsible for the design, implementation, management, and support of Microsoft Office 365 and Teams Calling services. This includes planning and executing migrations, administering user accounts and security, and providing top-tier support for related issues. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Microsoft 365 technologies, VoIP, and unified communications. Key Responsibilities:
- Design and Implementation: Design and deploy Microsoft O365 and Teams Calling solutions.
- Plan and execute migrations from legacy systems to O365 and Teams.
- Configure and manage Teams Calling features, including Direct Routing, Call Queues, Auto Attendants, and PSTN integration.
- Administration and Management:
- Administer O365 services such as Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, OneDrive for Business, and Teams.
- Manage user accounts, licenses, and security settings in the O365 Admin Center. Monitor system performance and health, ensuring optimal operation of O365 services and Teams Calling.
- Support and Troubleshooting:
- Provide Level 2 and Level 3 support for O365 and Teams Calling issues.
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical problems related to O365 and Teams Calling.
- Collaborate with Microsoft Support for issue resolution when necessary.
- Security and Compliance:
- Implement and maintain security best practices for O365 and Teams environments.
- Ensure compliance with organizational policies and industry regulations. Conduct regular audits and risk assessments.
- Training and Documentation: Develop and deliver training materials and sessions for end-users and staff. Create and maintain detailed technical documentation and knowledge base articles.
- Collaboration and Innovation: Work closely with other IT teams to integrate O365 and Teams Calling with other systems and applications. Stay updated on new features and enhancements in the Microsoft 365 ecosystem. Proactively propose and implement improvements to enhance user experience and system efficiency.
- Qualifications: Bachelor s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in managing Microsoft O365 and Teams Calling solutions.
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft 365 services, including Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, and Teams.
- Experience with VoIP and unified communications, specifically Microsoft Teams Calling. Proficiency in PowerShell scripting for automation and management. Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Strong understanding of networking concepts and telephony. Relevant Microsoft certifications (e.g., MS-700, MS-500) are a plus.

To provide support for on call escalations orL3 level support and doing incident and problem management Work on value adding activities such Knowledge base update and management, Training freshers, coaching analysts and conducting interviews or participation in hiring drives.MS Teams voice configuration.
