Role Description

This is a part-time, on-site consultant general surgery role based in Bangalore Urban. The consultant general surgeon will be responsible for diagnosing and treating a variety of surgical conditions, performing surgical procedures with precision, and providing post-operative care to patients. The role requires effective collaboration with a multidisciplinary medical team to ensure high-quality patient outcomes. Additional responsibilities include maintaining detailed and accurate medical records, participating in case discussions, and adhering to medical standards and safety protocols.

Qualifications

• Expertise in performing a range of general surgical procedures with precision and care
• Strong diagnostic and analytical skills to assess surgical conditions and determine appropriate interventions
• Experience in pre-operative and post-operative patient care
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for patient consultations and team collaboration
• Understanding of modern surgical technologies and techniques
• Commitment to maintaining high ethical and professional standards in medical practice
• Valid medical license to practice as a Surgeon in India
• Master's degree in General Surgery (MS) from a recognized institution
• Previous experience in General Surgery with a proven track record of successful procedures is preferred
