Job Responsibilities:Adept at people management for a mid-sized team of software professionals spanning different technologiesShould be proficient with defining technical architecture/ solution based on problem in handIdentify opportunities for further enhancements and refinements to standards and processes.Fine tune the existing technology with new ideas and optimization opportunities.Should be able to define solution scoping and effort sizing within a cross-functional teamServing as a core member of an Engineering team help and guide the team in end-to-end deliveryEffectively interpreting technical and business objectives and challenges and articulating sound solutions.Provide technical expertise in driving projects from inception to closurePerform code reviews, design reviews and help the team to produce high quality systems.Research: stay informed on technology trends. QualificationsBachelors degree in engineering or computer science or equivalent OR masters in computer applications or equivalent3-12 years of experience spanning software development using a mix of multiple technologies in React, CSS, JS, Redux, NodeJS, Java, and PegaSolid understanding of systems design, enhancing automation testing, and improving software reliability and resiliencyStrong understanding of deployment strategies, change management, and application monitoring for quality control.Good experience of leading and mentoring mid-level engineers and liaising with cross functional stakeholders.
