Field Finance

Role Title: Consultant, Field Finance (US)

Function: Finance

Level: G3 Consultant


Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct initial review and analysis of franchisee financial data using GFFS and other enterprise tools, ensuring accuracy and identifying key financial trends and insights.
  • Deliver initial commentary and reporting to support Franchisee Business Reviews, highlighting critical financial metrics and performance indicators.
  • Respond to inquiries and follow-up requests from regional finance teams, providing timely and accurate financial information and support.
  • Support development of training materials and resources for franchisees on financial processes and tools.
  • Champion a unified McDonalds approach by leveraging enterprise reporting capabilities and technologies, ensuring consistency across regions without creating localized reports.


Knowledge and Skill Requirements:

  • Bachelors degree Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Preferred CPA or equivalent certification.
  • 2-3 years of experience in related field
  • English Proficiency (written and verbal IRL Level 4)
  • Intermediate to advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel; familiarity with database and financial reporting tools.
  • Experience in financial analysis and data-driven decision-making.
  • Strong relationship management and business partnering skills.
  • Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI).
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present financial information clearly to stakeholders at all levels.
  • Customer-focused mindset with a commitment to delivering high-quality service and support.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
