Brief about the Team

The Medical Affairs team at Tata 1mg is responsible for ensuring accurate medical information, regulatory compliance, and effective communication between the company, healthcare professionals, and consumers. Their key functions include scientific communication, medical education, clinical research, pharmacovigilance, regulatory affairs, and engagement with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs). They work to ensure product safety, promote effective use of medications, and support evidence-based practices. The team collaborates across departments to maintain trust and uphold healthcare standards.

 Key Responsibilities:

● Conduct one-on-one diet counseling sessions and build strong connections with users.

● Develop personalized diet plans for managing diabetes, hypertension, PCOD, thyroid disorders, obesity, and other medical conditions.

● Provide expert guidance in weight management and clinical nutrition strategies.

● Collaborate directly with doctors and healthcare professionals to ensure an integrated approach to patient care.

● Maintain and manage client data efficiently, ensuring accurate tracking and updates.

● Utilize Microsoft Office for documentation, reporting, and data management.

● Engage in nutrition research to stay updated with the latest dietary guidelines and advancements.

● Be an active team player with a growth mindset, always open to learning and innovation in the field of clinical nutrition.

Qualifications & Requirements:

● MSc in Nutrition & Dietetics or Clinical Nutrition & BSc in Home Science or Food & Nutrition.

● Additional certifications in dietetics, weight management, or clinical nutrition are a plus.

● Strong communication and counseling skills with a patient-centric approach.

● Ability to analyze and interpret nutritional data to create effective meal plans.

● Proactive, detail-oriented, and adaptable to working in a fast-paced medical environment.
