Responsibilities
Analyze business processes and identify areas for improvement to enhance operational efficiency.Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document business requirements.Develop detailed business analysis outlining problems opportunities and solutions.Provide insights and recommendations based on data analysis to support decision-making.Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for business processes and systems.Facilitate workshops and meetings to elicit requirements and validate solutions.Work closely with technical teams to ensure requirements are understood and implemented correctly.Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of implemented solutions and make necessary adjustments.Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations in all business processes.Provide training and support to end-users to ensure successful adoption of new systems and processes.Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.Stay updated with the latest industry trends and best practices to continuously improve business processes.Contribute to the development of project plans and timelines to ensure timely delivery of solutions.
Qualifications
Possess a Bachelors degree in Business Administration Information Technology or a related field.Have a minimum of 7 years of experience in a similar role with a focus on CaptureBusiness Analyst.Demonstrate strong domain expertise in Payer.Exhibit excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.Show proficiency in data analysis and business intelligence tools.Display strong communication and interpersonal skills.Have experience with project management methodologies and tools.Be capable of working independently and as part of a team.Show attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work.Be adaptable and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.Demonstrate a proactive approach to identifying and addressing business needs.Have a strong understanding of industry standards and regulations.Be committed to continuous learning and professional development.
