Business System Analyst/Data Analyst
Responsibilities

Qualifications
Possess a minimum of 7 years of experience in consulting or a related field.Demonstrate domain expertise in Payer with a deep understanding of industry-specific challenges and opportunities.Have strong analytical skills with the ability to gather analyze and interpret complex data.Exhibit excellent communication skills both written and verbal to effectively convey insights and recommendations.Show proficiency in using analytical tools and software to support data-driven decision-making.Display strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.Be adaptable and flexible with the ability to work in a hybrid model and collaborate with remote teams.Demonstrate a commitment to continuous learning and staying updated on industry trends and best practices.Have a proactive approach to problem-solving with the ability to identify and address issues before they escalate.Show a strong attention to detail ensuring accuracy and precision in all work.Exhibit strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build and maintain relationships with stakeholders.Be results-oriented with a focus on achieving measurable outcomes that drive business success.Demonstrate a passion for making a positive impact on society through improved business processes.
