Job Summary
We are seeking a Consulting Analyst with 7 to 10 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Property and Casualty Insurance. This hybrid role requires a blend of remote and in-office work during day shifts. The candidate will play a crucial role in analyzing business processes and providing actionable insights to drive efficiency and innovation.
Responsibilities
Analyze business processes and identify areas for improvement to enhance operational efficiency.Provide actionable insights and recommendations based on data analysis and industry best practices.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and document business requirements.Develop and maintain detailed project plans to ensure timely delivery of solutions.Conduct comprehensive market research to stay updated on industry trends and competitive landscape.Facilitate workshops and meetings to gather stakeholder input and drive consensus.Create detailed reports and presentations to communicate findings and recommendations to senior management.Utilize advanced analytical tools and techniques to interpret complex data sets.Support the implementation of new systems and processes by providing expert guidance and training.Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of implemented solutions and suggest further improvements.Ensure compliance with industry regulations and company policies in all project activities.Act as a liaison between business units and IT teams to ensure alignment of goals and objectives.Provide ongoing support and troubleshooting for implemented solutions to ensure smooth operation.
Qualifications
Possess a Bachelors degree in Business Finance or a related field.Have a minimum of 7 years of experience in consulting or a related role.Demonstrate expertise in Property and Casualty Insurance domain.Exhibit strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Show proficiency in using data analysis tools such as SQL Excel and BI software.Display excellent communication and presentation skills.Have experience in project management and process improvement methodologies.Be able to work effectively in a hybrid work model.Show a proactive approach to identifying and solving business challenges.Demonstrate the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.Exhibit strong organizational and time management skills.Be adaptable to changing business needs and priorities.Have a keen eye for detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work.
Certifications Required
