Job Summary
We are seeking a Consulting Analyst with 7 to 10 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Property and Casualty Insurance. This hybrid role requires a blend of remote and in-office work during day shifts. The candidate will play a crucial role in analyzing business processes and providing actionable insights to drive efficiency and innovation.
Responsibilities

Qualifications
Possess a Bachelors degree in Business Finance or a related field.Have a minimum of 7 years of experience in consulting or a related role.Demonstrate expertise in Property and Casualty Insurance domain.Exhibit strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Show proficiency in using data analysis tools such as SQL Excel and BI software.Display excellent communication and presentation skills.Have experience in project management and process improvement methodologies.Be able to work effectively in a hybrid work model.Show a proactive approach to identifying and solving business challenges.Demonstrate the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.Exhibit strong organizational and time management skills.Be adaptable to changing business needs and priorities.Have a keen eye for detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work.
Certifications Required
