Responsibilities

OPC and Private Limited Company incorporation

LLP registrations

SPICe+ filings and name reservation (RUN / SPICe+)

AGILE-PRO-S filings

DIN allotment

AOC-4, MGT-7 / MGT-7A filings

DIR-3 KYC, ADT-1, DPT-3 filings

GST registration and GST returns

Income Tax Return (ITR) filings

TDS compliance and filings

Resolve MCA resubmissions and queries

Provide compliance guidance to clients

Maintain financial and compliance documentation

Requirements

Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA)

CA Fresher can apply

Basic knowledge of MCA portal, GST portal, and Income Tax portal

Understanding of company registrations and compliance filings
