Job Description
Responsibilities
:Review and document change requests, managing the approval process and ensuring proper risk assessment and mitigation strategies are in place.
Manage change requests for various Biz units, prioritizing them based on impact and urgency, ensuring alignment with business priorities.
Communicate scheduled blackout/freeze periods to ensure proper risk mitigation during high-priority times
Generate change advisory board (CAB) meeting agenda
Facilitate CAB meetings, manage follow-up items, and document CAB meeting minutes
Attend daily change review meetings,
Attend weekly meetings to review their changes.
Send out daily major change communication.
Review Knowledge articles and update/modify as needed
Provide change management training as needed.
Generate change Management KPIs/SLAs
Should be well versed in ITSM reporting
