Primary Responsibilities:

• Facilitate all Scrum related activities
• Ensure that the team follows the Agile principles judiciously and deliver high quality
• Analyze and document various system related process and Web Services
• Increase Business productivity and user experience, decrease speed to market
• Data and system analytics
• Partner with business, Architects, engineers and SDETs to produce quality code efficiently and cost effectively
• Meet and coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to establish project scope, Business goals, and acceptance criteria
• Document the analysis and business goals using the appropriate techniques for an engineering and SDET
• Provide documentation of all processes and training as needed
• Document business needs and/or best practices for scalability, supportability, ease of maintenance, and system performance
• Analyze and investigate
• Provide explanations and interpretations within area of expertise
• Comply with the terms and conditions of the employment contract, company policies and procedures, and any and all directives (such as, but not limited to, transfer and/or re-assignment to different work locations, change in teams and/or work shifts, policies in regards to flexibility of work benefits and/or work environment, alternative work arrangements, and other decisions that may arise due to the changing business environment). The Company may adopt, vary or rescind these policies and directives in its absolute discretion and without any limitation (implied or otherwise) on its ability to do so

Required Qualifications:

• Graduate degree or equivalent experience
• B. Tech./MCA/ M. Tech (16+ years of formal education)
• AHM 250 certification
• 6+ years of U.S. HealthCare Domain experience
• 3+ years of solid experience in SQL and query writing skills
• Experience in translating business requirements in to detailed system specifications
• Experience in writing crisp and clear requirements
• Experience in all phases of SDLC
• Creating XML, XSD and JSON files and experience in mapping data from webservices or database to user interface
• Through understanding of Provider Domain and Claim processing/adjudication
• Understanding of API and Webservices
• Basic understanding of test case planning
• Proven hands-on with CA Agile Central (Rally)
• Proven solid Agile background
• Proficiency with MS Project, Word, Excel, Visio and Powerpoint
• Proven excellent communications skills
• Proven solid system analyst skills
• Flexible to work in changing shifts with project requirements

Preferred Qualification:

• Exposure to Healthcare standards like EDI
