- Commerce Graduates with relevant Direct Tax experience

About the Role:

Join a high-caliber tax and transaction advisory team engaged in complex direct tax, regulatory and M&A Tax assignments. The work spans restructurings, inbound and outbound investment strategies, due diligence, and tax planning for strategic transactions. You will work closely with senior professionals, contributing to advisory opinions, client presentations, and transaction structuring discussions. The role provides a rare opportunity to gain hands-on exposure to strategic and high-value matters that shape business decisions of leading multinational and Indian clients.

What Were Looking For:

- Solid understanding of Indian direct tax laws, including corporate and international taxation

- Keen interest in tax policy, structuring, and business transactions

- Strong analytical, research, and drafting skills

- Good communication and interpersonal skills for client interactions and presentations

- Self-driven professional attitude with the curiosity and commitment to handle challenging assignments

- Ability to work collaboratively in small, high-performing teams under senior mentorship
