We are looking for a Kafka Administrator with 3-5 years of experience in managing Kafka clusters on the Confluent platform. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of Kafka architecture and be proficient in writing Ansible scripts for automation. This role requires hands-on experience in managing Kafka clusters, ensuring their stability, performance, and scalability.Key Responsibilities:Administer and manage Kafka clusters on the Confluent platform.Write and maintain Ansible scripts for automation and configuration management.Monitor Kafka cluster performance and troubleshoot issues.Implement best practices for Kafka cluster management and security.Collaborate with development and operations teams to ensure seamless integration and deployment.Perform regular maintenance and upgrades of Kafka clusters.Ensure high availability and disaster recovery of Kafka clusters.Document configurations, processes, and procedures related to Kafka administration.Requirements:3-5 years of experience in Kafka administration, specifically on the Confluent platform.Proficiency in writing Ansible scripts.Strong understanding of Kafka architecture and cluster management.Experience with monitoring and troubleshooting Kafka clusters.Knowledge of best practices for Kafka security and performance optimization.Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.Strong communication skills.Preferred Qualifications:Experience with other messaging systems and data streaming platforms.Familiarity with cloud platforms and containerization technologies.Certification in Confluent Kafka or related technologies.
