Consultant - Aesthetics

We are seeking a Consultant Aesthetics for a leading dental college's dental clinic. This role requires a BDS (Bachelor of Dental Surgery) and 23 years of relevant experience in aesthetic or cosmetic practice.

Role Summary:

The Consultant Aesthetics will provide high-quality aesthetic and cosmetic treatments while ensuring patient safety, satisfaction, and adherence to clinical protocols. Strong clinical expertise, patient counseling skills, and hands-on experience in aesthetic procedures are essential.

Key Responsibilities:

- Perform aesthetic and cosmetic procedures as per approved clinical protocols.

- Conduct detailed patient consultations, assessments, and treatment planning.

- Counsel patients regarding procedures, outcomes, risks, post-procedure care, and costs.

- Ensure informed consent and proper documentation for all procedures.

- Maintain high standards of patient care, hygiene, and safety.

- Manage pre- and post-procedure patient follow-ups.

- Coordinate with support staff for smooth service delivery.

- Handle patient queries and grievances professionally.

- Maintain accurate clinical records and documentation.

- Ensure compliance with statutory, ethical, and institutional guidelines.

- Support audits and quality improvement initiatives.

- Stay updated with the latest advancements in aesthetic practices.

Required Skills & Competencies:

- Strong knowledge of facial anatomy and aesthetic principles.

- Hands-on experience in aesthetic procedures.

- Excellent communication and counseling skills.

- Strong clinical judgment and attention to detail.

- Patient-centric and professional approach.

- Ability to work independently and in a team.

- Basic computer proficiency for clinical documentation.

Working Environment:

- Clinical/aesthetic center setting.

- Working hours may vary based on patient appointments.

Salary Range: 2.40 LPA - 4.80 LPA
