Functional Responsibilities:

Requirements Gathering:

Work with business stakeholders to gather and document functional requirements for procurement, invoicing, and expense management processes.

Translate business requirements into Coupa system configurations, ensuring they align with best practices.

System Configuration:

Configure Coupa modules such as Procurement, Invoicing, Expenses, and Supplier Management to meet business needs.

Design and configure approval workflows, user roles, and business rules to optimize procurement processes.

Training & Support:

Develop user training materials and conduct workshops for end-users, ensuring smooth adoption of Coupa.

Provide functional support for business users, troubleshoot issues, and assist with post-implementation support.
