Job Description

Responsibilities

:

  • Working on the New Enhancement Requests requested by the customers

  • Understand the issue faced by client and analyse the issue and resolve within SLA.

  • Responsible for conducting various meetings and discussion with client for various issue analysis etc.

  • Responsible for functionality mapping and Requirement analysis.

  • Prepare documentation based on client requirement.

  • Responsible for writing the test cases for the product.

  • Preparing MD 50 documents for all enhancements and changes.

  • Prepared MD.120 Documentation based on ticket requirement Good communication skills with positive, flexible attitude.

Minimum qualifications

  • BE/MBA/M.Tech/MCA .
