Job Description
Responsibilities
Design, architect, and implement end-to-end automation solutions using Microsoft Power Automate standalone Dynamic environment.
Develop custom connectors, workflows, and templates to automate processes within Dynamic 365 and other Microsoft applications.
Integrate Power Automate with Azure service such as Azure logic Apps, Azure Functions, and Azure API's, and Azure Active directory to create robust and scalable automation solution.
Develop and maintain Power Apps and Power Automate solutions, leveraging expertise in Office Scripts, to meet project requirements and enhance business processes.
Drive projects forward by effectively managing timelines, resources, and deliverables, ensuring successful completion within specified deadlines.
Engage with clients in meaningful conversations to understand their pain points, offer solutions, and provide ongoing support and guidance.
Utilize senior-level experience and expertise to mentor junior team members, offering guidance and support in Power Apps, Power Automate, and Office Scripts development.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including stakeholders, designers, and testers to ensure seamless integration and functionality of developed solutions.
Take ownership of projects from conception to deployment, ensuring high-quality code, thorough testing, and efficient implementation.
Act as a self-starter, demonstrating initiative and proactively identifying opportunities for process improvement, automation, and optimization within the organization.
Communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels, providing regular updates, status reports, and presentations to ensure transparency and alignment throughout the project lifecycle.
Minimum Qualifications
B.E./ masters in computer science, Information technology, or Computer engineering or any equivalent degree with IT experience and relevant working experience.
Relevant overall experience and experince in Power Automate
Preferred Qualifications/Skills
Certification: Microsoft Power Platform Certified.
Experience with RPA life cycle.
Knowledge in creating PDD, SDD, UAT documents.
Good to have other RPA tools experience likes Blue Prism, UI Path, Automation Anywhere
Experience with Complex Projects: Proven track record of successfully delivering complex projects involving Power Apps, Power Automate, and Office Scripts.
Integration Expertise: Experience integrating Power Apps and Power Automate with other Microsoft products like SharePoint, Teams, and Dynamics 365.
Advanced Scripting Skills: Proficiency in advanced scripting languages such as JavaScript for extending the functionality of Power Apps and Power Automate.
Industry Experience: Experience working in industries relevant to our client base, such as finance, healthcare, or manufacturing.
Data Analysis Skills: Ability to analyze and interpret data using tools like Power BI to enhance Power Apps and Power Automate solutions.
Agile Methodology: Familiarity with Agile methodologies and experience working in Agile development environments.
Customer Satisfaction: Demonstrated ability to achieve high levels of customer satisfaction through exceptional service delivery and client engagement.
Problem-solving Skills: Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues efficiently.
Innovative Thinker: Proven ability to think creatively and propose innovative solutions to address business challenges.
