Responsibilities

·       Oversee the entire lifecycle of user access, including the creation, modification, and deletion of user accounts across various systems and applications.

·       Ensure that access rights are appropriately assigned based on the principle of least privilege.

·       Manage roles and permissions effectively to control access to sensitive data and resources

·       Regularly monitor activity logs and conduct access reviews to ensure compliance with security policies and regulatory requirements.

·       Identify and investigate any suspicious user activities or potential security breaches

·       Work closely with IT and business teams to address access-related queries and ensure that access controls align with business needs.

·       Communicate IAM policies, procedures, and best practices to stakeholders across the organization

·       Identify opportunities for automation and process enhancements to improve the efficiency and accuracy of access provisioning.

·       Conduct regular reviews of IAM processes and implement improvements based on feedback and industry best practices

·       Prepare necessary documentation and reports for audit and compliance activities related to access management.

·       Generate reports detailing IAM system activity, user provisioning, access requests, and authorization activities.

·       Maintain up-to-date documentation of IAM policies, procedures, and system configuration

·       Lead and mentor the UAM team, fostering a collaborative and high-performance culture.

·       Manage a team focused on all facets of UAM including Identity, Governance, Access Management and Privileged Access
