Job Description
Responsibilities
Extract, analyze and validate data from internal databases to meet business needs
Develop SQL logic and processes for the development and testing of operational reporting tools and applications
Establishing and maintaining effective and efficient operating policies and procedures, and ensuring constant standards are applied (includes oversight of technology resources, project scopes, timelines, and completion)
Actively managing performance of teams through use of regular dashboards, performance metrics and service levels
Monitoring cost efficiency and productivity of teams through monthly volumetric and productivity reports
Administering cost recovery analysis and annual fee determination and approval process
Management of performance metrics, analyzing and implementing necessary data elements and data sources, utilizing data extraction tools to retrieve source data from SAP or other source system, summarizing data and establishing automated tools and techniques for periodic reporting (monthly, quarterly, annually)
Assisting HR Generalist with the execution of strategic projects by monitoring the status of project budgets and schedules
Preparing consolidated project summaries for the HR leadership team
Preparing project baselining and business case modelling
Partner with key HR clients to conduct needs analyses
Provide recommendations for implementing (or enhancing) regular reports through dashboards, performance metrics and trend analysis
Analyze data elements and data sources, utilizing reporting tools to retrieve source data from SAP or other source systems
Establish automated tools and techniques for effectively summarizing and presenting data for periodic reporting
Create and maintain reports and analyze associate data through charts, graphs, tables, and presentations in support of key HR initiatives
Coordinate data collection efforts and draw conclusions based on the information collected
Identify and assess process improvement projects to increase controls, efficiency and customer satisfaction
Ensure process procedures are in place and are adhered to at all times
Support the HR and Recruiting teams in a service delivery capacity
