Job Description
Responsibilities
Handle user account creation, modification, and deletion requests.
Perform password resets and unlock accounts.
Monitor and troubleshoot AD replication and login issues.
Assist in basic certificate issuance and renewal.
Identify and escalate expired or revoked certificates.
Monitor key rotation schedules and expiration alerts.
Assist in provisioning and revoking encryption keys.
Ensure RDP licensing services are running and accessible.
Assist users with connection and licensing errors.
Perform user provisioning and deprovisioning.
Reset MFA tokens and troubleshoot login issues.
Monitor Okta logs for anomalies and escalate security concerns.
Execute basic identity lifecycle tasks (account provisioning, access requests).
Monitor role assignments and escalate discrepancies.
Assist with access certification campaigns.
Grant and revoke access to secrets based on approvals.
Monitor vault access logs and escalate anomalies.
Assist with secret rotation policies.
Provide first-line support for privileged access requests.
Reset passwords for managed accounts as per SOPs.
Monitor CyberArk vault access logs and escalate unusual activity.
Assist in basic DNS record changes (A, CNAME, TXT).
Troubleshoot basic DNS resolution issues.
Monitor IAM services for outages and performance issues.
Acknowledge and escalate alerts based on severity.
Generate periodic health reports for IAM infrastructure.
