Job Description
Responsibilities
To ensure timely and accurate delivery of daily tasks/processes
[To handle queries and clarifications sought by Analysts w.r.t. any operational/ technical & process related issue.
To understand customers concerns & issues and resolve the same.
Work and coordinate with team members
To keep oneself abreast of all the updates applicable to policies/regulations/compliances
Manage compliance requirements for Processes, functions, organization and Client.
Accurate delivery of deliverable in strict SLA driven environment.
