Responsibilities
Meet all contractual metrics such as SLAs, Project work, Reporting etc.
Provide End user and Infrastructure Management Proficiency leadership and Manage Daily work, issues and resolutions, Act as a point of escalation and resolution.
Configuring firewalls to maximize network efficiency and security.
Maximizing network performance through ongoing monitoring and troubleshooting
Provide critical thinking to sophisticated problems in a 24/7, critical network environment.
Process, monitor and prioritize trouble tickets.
Automate the tasks, which should be automated.
Provide support and administration of customer firewalls and security appliances.
Arranging scheduled upgrades
Investigating faults in the network
Reporting network status to key stakeholders
Troubleshoots network problems.
IP address auditing.
Establishes networking environment by designing system configuration and directing system installation.
Defines, documents, and enforces system standards.
Maximizes performance by troubleshooting network problems and outages and scheduling upgrades.
