The opportunity:

Business Analyst - Business Consulting Risk - FSRM

Our FSRM team is a fast-moving, high-growth area with huge potential. It offers variety, challenge, responsibility, and the opportunity to realize your leadership potential. Our Financial Services Risk Management (FSRM) practice focuses on risk management, regulatory, quantitative, and technology backgrounds. The breadth of experiences of FSRM professionals enables the practice to coordinate the delivery of a broad array of risk management services to capital market participants throughout the world in a well-integrated manner.

Your key responsibilities:

1. Gather, analyze, and document business and functional requirements from stakeholders.

2. Business Analyst with expertise in Banking, & Financial Services. Preferable in Risk management.

3. Work with cross-functional teams including product managers, Data Engineer and Data Analyst to define project goals.

4. Utilize tools like JIRA, Confluence, and other project management software to track requirements and workflows.

5. Conduct data analysis using Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP) to support business decisions.

6. Identify gaps, inefficiencies, and areas for improvement in business processes.

7. Create and maintain business process models, use cases, and user stories.

8. Assist in user acceptance testing (UAT) and ensure solutions meet business needs.

9. Support change management efforts by preparing training materials and documentation.

10. Experience working in Agile methodology.

Eligibility: Bachelors/Masters in relevant stream from premier institute
