Responsibilities

Build technical understanding of the Payments ecosystem

Provide technical support for batch jobs and applications, including debugging, maintenance, and troubleshooting.

Analyze application logs to identify and resolve issues promptly.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to triage and resolve application-related incidents, including customer reported complaints.

Participate in incident management processes to ensure timely resolution of issues and minimize business impact.

Provide impact analysis of vendor changes and support vendor changes

Contribute to the improvement of support processes and documentation
