Job Description
Responsibilities
Provide exceptional customer service to all staff, including C-suite executives and vice presidents.
Manage and deploy Macs and PCs using automation processes.
Handle off-boarding and on-boarding of all personnel.
Administer SaaS applications, including permissions and provisioning for OKTA, GSuite, and other platforms.
Offer remote and on-site support for all personnel.
Educate users on efficiently using a cloud-forward environment.
Maintain and organize physical inventory.
Lead coworkers in best practices.
Manage IT tickets via ServiceNow.
Evaluate and recommend useful technologies and workflows.
Perform basic network management, including firewalls, switches, and wireless networks.
Maintain phones, printers, laptops, monitors, and peripherals.
Clearly document and communicate all methodologies.
Ensure the security and inventory of corporate SaaS and internal assets.
Maintain internal tools and integrations.
