Job Summary

We are seeking experienced Construction Supervisor to lead and manage building and land infrastructure development projects. The ideal candidate will have strong technical expertise, hands-on site experience, and the ability to coordinate multidisciplinary teams to deliver projects within timelines, quality standards, and budget.

Key Responsibilities

Project Planning & Execution

• Lead execution of building and land infrastructure development projects from start to completion.
• Prepare and review project schedules, drawings, BOQs, specifications, and construction methodologies.
• Conduct feasibility studies, site evaluations, and risk assessments.

Site Management & Supervision

• Oversee site activities, contractor performance, and compliance with safety and quality standards.
• Monitor daily progress and ensure timely completion of milestones.
• Resolve technical issues at site and ensure adherence to project design.

Coordination & Communication

• Coordinate with architects, consultants, contractors, and internal teams for smooth project execution.
• Organize and participate in project review meetings.
• Communicate project updates, delays, and mitigation plans to management.

Quality, Safety & Compliance

• Ensure implementation of QA/QC procedures, material testing, and inspection protocols.
• Maintain site safety and environmental compliance in line with statutory norms.
• Verify and approve contractor bills, measurements, and documentation.

Material & Resource Management

• Review and approve material requisitions and inventory management.
• Validate material specifications and ensure timely availability at site.
• Optimize resource utilization for cost-effective execution.

Required Qualifications & Skills

• Diploma in Civil Engineering.
• 710 years of experience in building construction and land development projects.
• Strong knowledge of civil engineering design, construction practices, and project management.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Project , and other civil engineering tools.
• Excellent leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and handle on-site challenges independently.

Preferred Attributes

• Experience working in large-scale building and infrastructure projects .
• Ability to join immediately or within short notice.
• Prior experience in Moradabad or Rewari region is an added advantage.
