Construction Project Manager

Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Construction Project Manager to plan, execute, and deliver construction projects on time, within budget, and in compliance with quality and safety standards. The role involves coordinating contractors, managing schedules and costs, and ensuring successful project delivery from initiation to handover.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan and manage end-to-end construction project execution .
• Develop project schedules, budgets, and resource plans.
• Coordinate with architects, engineers, consultants, and contractors.
• Monitor project progress, costs, quality, and timelines.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations, building codes, and statutory requirements.
• Manage procurement, contracts, and vendor performance.
• Identify project risks and implement mitigation strategies.
• Conduct site inspections and quality checks.
• Prepare progress reports and present updates to stakeholders.
• Ensure timely project closure and handover documentation.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in Civil Engineering or Construction Management.
• 5+ years of experience in construction project management .
• Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and regulations.
• Experience managing budgets, schedules, and contracts.
• Familiarity with project management methodologies and tools.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and on-site teams.

Tools & Technologies (Preferred)

• Project Management Tools: MS Project, Primavera P6
• Documentation & Reporting: Excel, AutoCAD (basic understanding)
• Collaboration: Email, Microsoft Teams
• Site Management Systems and ERP exposure is a plus

Certifications (Nice to Have)

• PMP or Prince2
• Primavera Certification
• Safety certifications (NEBOSH, IOSH)
