Planedge Consultants is a leading construction and project management consultancy working on large-scale real estate and infrastructure projects. We focus on delivery excellence, quality, safety, and strict timeline adherence with top-tier developers.

We are looking for an experienced Construction Project Manager with strong leadership, site execution expertise, and real estate project delivery experience. The ideal candidate must have hands-on experience managing large-scale construction projects, coordinating with multiple stakeholders, and ensuring timely, cost-efficient, and quality-driven project completion.

This is a senior role requiring proven site leadership, technical depth, and execution excellence.

• End-to-end management of construction projects from planning to handover
• Lead and manage project teams, contractors, and consultants
• Develop and track project schedules, milestones, and timelines
• Monitor quality, safety, and compliance on site
• Coordinate with architects, structural engineers, MEP teams, and vendors
• Manage project budgets, billing, and cost control
• Resolve site-level technical and execution challenges
• Ensure adherence to contractual obligations and scope of work
• Conduct regular site reviews and progress reporting to leadership

• BE Civil (Full-time degree mandatory)
• 12 to 15 years of total experience in Real Estate / Construction
• Experience handling large-scale building / high-rise projects
• Proven experience in site execution and contractor management
• Strong understanding of construction methodologies, quality, and safety

• Experience with reputed real estate developers / PMCs
• Knowledge of MS Project / Primavera / Excel
• Experience managing multi-disciplinary project teams
• Familiarity with contract management and billing processes

• Freshers or candidates with less than 12 years of experience
• Non-civil engineering backgrounds
• Pure design / office-only profiles without site exposure
