Construction Project Manager

We are seeking an experienced and highly skilled Project Manager to oversee MEP, Civil, Faade, and Interior Fit-Out construction activities at our Kochi location. The ideal candidate should be proactive, technically sound, and have a track record of delivering high value projects with quality and within schedule.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end project execution for MEP, Civil, Faade, and Interior Fit-Out works.
• Coordinate with contractors, architects, PMCs, clients, and government departments.
• Ensure adherence to project timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
• Monitor site progress and resolve any technical or execution-related issues.
• Prepare and present reports on project status, risks, and deliverables.
• Ensure compliance with all safety and regulatory requirements.
• Lead and motivate the project team for effective performance.

Qualifications

• Minimum 7 years of hands-on experience in MEP, Civil, Faade, and Interior Fit-Out projects.
• Proven ability to independently manage and deliver high-value projects.
• Strong technical knowledge and problem-solving capabilities.
• Experience working with various stakeholders including contractors, architects, PMCs, and clients.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple deadlines.
• Familiarity with government regulations and statutory requirements related to construction.

Preferred Skills

• MS Project or Primavera for project scheduling and tracking.
• AutoCAD for reviewing technical drawings.
• MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) for documentation and reporting.
• Project Management tools like Asana, Trello, or Microsoft Planner.
• Familiarity with ERP systems or construction management platforms is an advantage.
