Job Description

Overview:

Join a leader in sustainable construction technology, as a Systems Engineer in our Bamboo Construction R&D team based in scenic Mahabaleshwar. Drive innovation in eco-friendly building solutions, leveraging advanced engineering techniques and materials science to revolutionize the industry.

Responsibilities:

• Work includes site supervision, prototype building, team handling (48 workers), fabricator coordination, measurement accuracy, and hands-on assembly using basic mechanical tools.
• You will manage daily work, ensure quality, document progress, and use AI tools for reporting.

Requirements:

• 210 years experience in construction, fabrication, civil/mechanical supervision, or project execution.
• Must be practical, reliable, good with workers, and comfortable staying on site full time.
• Proficiency in CAD software and FEA tools.
• Strong understanding of bamboo construction techniques.
• Excellent project management and communication skills.
• Communicate in local language (Marathi and Hindi)

Bonus: experience with bamboo, modular structures, screw piles, or R&D prototypes.
