Job Description
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Responsible for preparation of standalone financial statements and quarterly financial results of Allcargo Logistics Limited
- Preparation of reports, ensuring the financial records are maintained in compliance with GAAP, IndAs and internal policies and procedures
- Prepare standalone balance sheet schedules and investigate any abnormal balances
- Preparation of intercompany elimination and consolidation entries on a quarterly basis
- Support in preparation of consolidated balance sheet, P&L and cash flow statement on a quarterly basis and consolidated financial statements
- Coordinate and review balance sheet variance analysis
- Coordinate and assist with various statutory filings
- Assist with various year-end tax packages
- Support month-end close as needed
PROFILE REQUIREMENT:
- A CA qualified professional with 1-2 years of experience in a similar role.
- Experience in financial statement preparation with an emphasis on GAAP.
- Demonstrated ability to deliver high quality results under a strict reporting schedule
- Minimum 1 year of progressive experience that includes public accounting experience in a fast growing company (ideally public listed )
