RESPONSIBILITIES:

Responsible for preparation of standalone financial statements and quarterly financial results of Allcargo Logistics Limited
Preparation of reports, ensuring the financial records are maintained in compliance with GAAP, IndAs and internal policies and procedures
Prepare standalone balance sheet schedules and investigate any abnormal balances
Preparation of intercompany elimination and consolidation entries on a quarterly basis
Support in preparation of consolidated balance sheet, P&L and cash flow statement on a quarterly basis and consolidated financial statements
Coordinate and review balance sheet variance analysis
Coordinate and assist with various statutory filings
Assist with various year-end tax packages
Support month-end close as needed

PROFILE REQUIREMENT:

A CA qualified professional with 1-2 years of experience in a similar role.
Experience in financial statement preparation with an emphasis on GAAP.
Demonstrated ability to deliver high quality results under a strict reporting schedule
Minimum 1 year of progressive experience that includes public accounting experience in a fast growing company (ideally public listed )
