Support Connex Switch and Support Switch Modernization Program

In this role you will:

Provide Build in respect of Connex on Mainframe only.
Review and advise any Connex vendor proposed changes/customisations.
Liaise with and support to NAB Solution Designers and Architects.
Enhance NAB Host Scheme PI During Compliance release twice a year.
Assist Risk 9 asset related work like connex migration to New Switch.
Monitoring the health of Connex on Mainframe Environment.
Apply maintenance updates to the Connex product when supplied by the vendor including:
Configuration changes.
Code changes to for additions and deletions of PIs and THs, associated batch systems as required.
Develop fixes for Connex to address / resolve Production incidents.

What youll bring

At Least bachelors degree in computer
Knowledge of Payment Switch functionality
Minimum of 2 to 20 years or similar role with previous Markets experience highly regarded
Expert in functional and technical requirements gathering and documentation.
Willingness to learn new skills, adapt to evolving technologies, varying environments and shifting project requirements.
Pro-active, self-motivated, and eager to accept new challenges.
Detail-oriented with a focus on rigorous testing and debugging to deliver high-quality software solutions.
Collaborate closely with team members to define and achieve project goals.
Connex configuration (running on IBM z/OS) as well as expertise in: z/OS, Finsim/Paysim, COBOL, Assembler,Db2 and IBM JCL with Touch of Modern Technology like Java ,Springboot,API,GitHub,AWS,Splunk and Kafka
