Join us and help the world’s leading organizations unlock the value of technology and build a more sustainable, more inclusive world.Your RoleData Quality Assurance: Develop, implement, and monitor data quality control processes for the DAM system to ensure the accuracy, completeness, and consistency of digital assets and related metadata.Data Audits: Perform routine audits of digital assets and metadata to ensure compliance with internal standards and ensure that assets are correctly tagged, categorized, and stored.Data Validation: Validate product and marketing data before it is uploaded into the DAM system, ensuring that it aligns with business rules and metadata guidelines.Error Identification & Resolution: Identify and resolve data issues, discrepancies, or inconsistencies within the DAM system, collaborating with other teams as necessary to correct errors.Metadata Management: Work with the DAM Manager to ensure the metadata standards are followed, helping to define and update tagging practices and taxonomy structures to ensure efficient asset retrieval.Process Optimization: Identify opportunities to streamline and improve data management processes within the DAM system, suggesting improvements for data integrity and workflow efficiency.Collaboration with Cross-Functional Teams: Work closely with marketing, creative, IT, and product teams to ensure that asset data is accurate, complete, and well-structured for use across campaigns and platforms.Training & Support: Provide guidance and training to internal teams on maintaining data quality standards and best practices for using the DAM system.Your ProfileExperience: 4-6 years of experience in data quality management, data governance, or digital asset management, with a focus on maintaining data accuracy and consistency across systems.DAM System Knowledge: Experience working with DAM systems (e.g., Widen, Bynder, Adobe Experience Manager) and content management systems (CMS).
