Were looking for a Sales Manager to drive the commercial growth of BeeGraphys product configurators.

This is not mass sales. This is about finding the right clients, solving one real problem, proving value fast, and scaling only what works. You will work only with businesses, not universities or educational initiatives.

What Youll Do
  • Identify the Right Clients: Focus on manufacturers and businesses with customizable products and manual pricing workflows.
  • Run Structured Sales Diagnostics: Understand how pricing, approvals, and order handling work today. Identify where time, money, and leads are lost.
  • Sell Through Pilots, Not Promises: Start with one product. Build a simple configurator. Test it in real conditions.
  • Measure Impact: Track speed, conversions, lead quality, and operational efficiency.
  • Expand Proven Accounts: Scale from one product to multiple products within the same client.
  • Build Repeatable Sales Templates: Turn successful cases into reusable vertical solutions for scaling.

Required Skills & Experience

Hard Skills

  • B2B sales experience (manufacturing, SaaS, or custom products preferred)
  • Ability to run structured discovery and diagnostics
  • Understanding of configurable or made-to-order products
  • Comfort with numbers, metrics, and performance tracking

Soft Skills

  • Analytical mindset (you sell through logic, not pressure)
  • Patience and focus (long-term wins > quick closes)
  • Strong communication with decision-makers
