Configuration Specialist

Role: Configuration Analyst (US Healthcare)

Exp: 3 to 12 years

Location: Chennai, Trivandrum, Kochi

Work Mode: Hybrid

We are looking for a highly skilled Configuration Analyst with strong expertise in the Healthcare domain, preferably with experience in Health Rules Payor or similar platform-based healthcare products . The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills and have hands-on experience working in an Agile development environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Demonstrate strong knowledge of the Healthcare domain, including Payor operations.
• Plan, execute, and support configuration activities within Agile sprints.
• Design and configure Core Administration systems for Claims processing, Clinical Operations, and CAPS.
• Conduct reviews to ensure adherence to configuration best practices and coding standards.
• Provide guidance and mentorship to the Configuration team; supervise Configuration Analysts as required.
• Schedule, track, and monitor configuration tasks and deliverables.
• Provide timely status updates to the Project Manager, including reporting risks and issues.
• Support the onshore team in preparing materials for sprint demos.
• Oversee the promotion of configuration changes across environments and maintain the configuration gold environment, ensuring timely backups.
• Collaborate with Integration, Conversion, and Testing teams to ensure seamless cross-functional coordination.
• Participate in daily stand-up meetings and Program Office all-hands sessions, representing the Configuration track.
• Perform unit testing of configurations and support Testing Services (SIT/UAT) by resolving reported issues.
• Manage configuration documentation and ensure all materials are up to date.
• Work under the guidance of the Configuration Lead to deliver high-quality configuration solutions.
