Job Title: Technical Configuration Expert

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for all technical configuration tasks that support the implementation of digital solutions.

Owns platform admin setup and configuration for new and existing projects
Manages customer domain and SSL setup processes
Executes translation, asset, and copy updates within CMS and related platforms
Builds and configures CMS pages, including URL redirects and SS page migrations
Mapped jobs and scripts to ensure accurate data flow and reporting
Configures recruiter tools (CRM, Referrals, Events) as required by project scope
Develops and executes test plans and launch day checklists for configuration tasks
Collaborates with creative, UI, QA, and product teams to ensure seamless configuration and integration
Troubleshoots and resolves configuration issues throughout the project lifecycle
Documents configuration processes and updates project documentation as needed
