ServiceNow HRSD Configuration Specialist

Location: Bangalore

Experience: 5+Years

Mandatory skills: ServiceNow HRSD and ITSM

Core Responsibilities

• Support and maintain the ServiceNow HRSD application, including configuration, enhancements, and troubleshooting.
• Collaborate with HR teams and stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into actionable configurations.
• Facilitate testing for enhancements and changes in ServiceNow.
• Identify opportunities to leverage out-of-the-box features for process improvements.

Focus Area

• HRSD application expertise: Strong knowledge of HR services, case management workflows, notifications, inbound actions, and related modules.
• Employee Journeys: Experience in journey management is preferred but not mandatory.
• Collaboration: Effective interaction with HR stakeholders for requirement gathering and solution design.

Technical Expectations

• Minimum 3+ years hands-on experience with ServiceNow backend; HRSD-specific experience is critical.
• Knowledge of flow design, UI policies, and scripting; intermediate coding proficiency acceptable.
• Familiarity with assignment groups, user access management, and general ServiceNow modules.
• Ability to troubleshoot and support system issues effectively.

Day-to-Day Activities

• Perform configuration and maintenance tasks on HRSD modules.
• Work on project-based enhancements and support activities (task-by-task basis).
• Collaborate with HR teams to implement requirements and conduct testing.
• Support troubleshooting and identify improvement opportunities within ServiceNow HRSD.
