Configuration Analyst

JOB DESCRIPTION

• Excellent knowledge on Healthcare domain Good communication skills Experience of working in agile development environment Experience background in HealthRules Payor (Or any platform based Healthcare product) will be preferred Assist in planning and running configuration agile sprints with the team Design and configure Core Admin systems for processing Claims and Clinical Operations Conduct reviews to ensure compliance to Configuration best practices and Coding standards Provide guidance to the Configuration team Supervises the work of Configuration Analysts in the project Schedule and track Configuration activities in the project Provides status updates to the Project Manager and identify & report issues and risks Help the onshore team in preparing the contents for Sprint demo Responsible for promotion of configuration through all environments with the help of Team members Maintenance of the configuration gold environment and ensuring timely backups Handle cross functional coordination with Integration, Conversion and Testing teams representing Configuration activities Attend daily stand-up meetings and provide status of the work to the supervisors Participate in Program Office all hands meetings to represent Configuration track Works under the guidance of the Configuration Lead Healthcare knowledge
