Condition Monitoring Engineer / Analyst

DALOG is hiring Condition Monitoring Engineers / Analysts to support condition monitoring and reporting for rotating equipment using vibration and other machine health data.

Candidates with junior, mid-level, and senior experience are encouraged to apply. Responsibilities will be assigned based on experience, competency, and certification level.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform vibration and other machine health data analysis for rotating machinery
• Monitor trends and identify abnormal machine behaviour
• Interpret and analyse FFT spectrum, time waveform, and envelope data
• Prepare condition monitoring reports with maintenance recommendations
• Correlate vibration findings with operational and process parameters
• Coordinate with service teams, remote monitoring teams, and global experts
• Follow defined analysis, reporting, and quality standards
• Work closely with senior engineers for learning and technical development

Required / Preferred Skills

• Bachelors degree in engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Instrumentation, or related discipline)
• Knowledge of vibration analysis and rotating machinery
• Ability to interpret FFT, time waveform, trend, and frequency-domain data
• Understanding of common faults: bearing defects, misalignment, unbalance, looseness, gear faults
• Good documentation, reporting, and communication skills
• Working knowledge of reporting and data analysis tools (analysis software, presentations)
• Willingness to learn and work in a global engineering environment

Certifications

• Vibration Analysis Certification (ISO 18436) Category II / III preferred
• Candidates without certification but with relevant experience and strong fundamentals will also be considered

• Final role level will be decided during the interview process
