Aldecor is looking for a highly creative and driven *Concept Designer Junior Architect* with 03 years of experience in office workplace interiors. In this role, you'll focus on the early stages of design, shaping ideas into functional and visually compelling workspace environments.

You will work closely with senior designers, architects, and strategists to conceptualize and present interior design solutions for corporate clients. If youre passionate about spatial storytelling and love translating client visions into strong design narratives, this is for you.

Key Responsibilities:

* Assist in developing design concepts for modern, collaborative workplace interiors

* Prepare space plans, conceptual layouts, sketches, and mood boards that reflect the client's needs and brand identity

* Work collaboratively with design and technical teams to refine and develop design directions

* Select materials, finishes, lighting, and furniture that align with the design concept

* Prepare presentation decks and material boards for internal and client presentations

* Create and update design documentation including *floor plans, elevations, and specifications using **AutoCAD (2D)* and *SketchUp*

* Support visual presentations using tools like *Photoshop* and *Enscape*

* Participate in client meetings to understand project requirements and present design ideas

* Stay informed about industry trends, new materials, and workplace design innovations

Requirements:

* Proficiency in *AutoCAD (2D), **SketchUp, **Photoshop, and **Enscape*

* Strong conceptual thinking and ability to articulate ideas clearly

* Excellent communication and visual presentation skills

* Attention to detail and organizational skills

* Eagerness to learn, adapt, and contribute in a fast-paced design environment

* Ability to manage time efficiently across multiple projects

Qualifications:

* Bachelors degree in *Architecture* or *Interior Design*

* *03 years* of professional experience in *commercial interiors*, preferably corporate office spaces

* A portfolio showcasing *concept design*, spatial planning, and presentation work

* Creative mindset with an eye for innovation and detail

* Team player with a positive attitude and proactive work ethic
