Who you are :

This is a great opportunity for someone who is looking for responsibility, design freedom and the zeal to visualize amazing spaces that revolutionize the definition of workspace. The role includes creating photorealistic renders and walkthroughs (animations) for Workspaces and Back-to-Back Pitches. We are looking for a 3D Artist who can polish our pitch decks with stunning visuals.

Were looking for someone :

Create high-quality renders and walkthroughs for interior spaces.

Actively contribute to pitches with collaterals and presentation inputs.

Liaise with the architecture, ID, and A&G teams to collaborate on deliverables and plan workload.

Establish proper workflows and optimum processes for efficient output of renders and tasks

Communicate regularly to Team lead and the project team with project updates

5 - 8 years of professional visualization experience in high-quality corporate or commercial projects

Prior experience in a 3D Design / Design studio is a must.

Proficient in Google SketchUp(V-Ray), Enscape and basic walkthrough generation on these

platforms.

A good understanding of the fundamentals of design (Color theory, Lighting, Shape, Composition

etc.) is a plus

Proficient in Adobe Photoshop, and Premier Pro, D5.

Excellent oral, written, and graphic communication skills

Excellent time management skills

Highly resourceful problem solver, quick learner, and excellent team player

A commitment to delivering outstanding high-quality renders and animated walkthroughs.

Ambitious, out-of-the-box thinker, team player and adaptable personality.

Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.

Ability to work autonomously and with minimal supervision.

Self-directed with a high level of initiative and a can-do attitude but open to feedback.
