Computer-aided Engineering Analyst

Exp: 10 -15 years

NP: Immediate to 45 days

Location : Pune

Qualification: BE or ME/MS in Mechanical, Aero, Desing, CAD/CAM and other engineering domain

Skill set : Ansa ,Pam-Crash

Candidate Should Have :

• Should be Familiar with industry regulations and safety standards such as EuroNCAP, AIS and FMVSS related to occupant safety.
• Proven expertise in using CAE simulation tools for occupant safety simulations like ANSA, Hypermesh, Animator, Pam-Crash / LS-Dyna and a solid understanding of finite element analysis and occupant modeling
• Perform detailed crash analysis to assess occupant injury and performance under high-speed impact conditions in various stages of the project, ensuring adherence to project timelines and quality standards.
• Should provide counter-measure for the issues identified in simulation / tests.
• Should regularly interact with restraints team / supplier to discuss the modifications / changes needed in the restraints systems.
• Conduct correlation studies between simulation results and physical testing to improve the accuracy of the model
• Prepare and present technical reports and documentation to stakeholders, clearly communicating findings and recommendations.
• Identify opportunities for process improvements and efficiency enhancements in simulation workflows.
