Required years of Experience: (3+ to 6) years of experience

Educational qualification : Diploma

Job Location : Electronic city, Bangalore

Requirements :

Interpret and work from engineering drawings, work orders, and technical instructions.
3+ years of experience in composite fabrication or related field.
Composite Manufacturing or equivalent certification or training in cable and Airframe manufacturing.
Experience with aircraft or defence platform Composite and Mechanical integration
Familiarity with composite materials, techniques, and tooling.
Ability to read and interpret Drawings and technical documents.
Strong attention to detail and manual dexterity.
Able to work independently and as part of a team.
Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends if required.

Strong team player with the ability to work independently under minimal supervision.
Effective communication skills and ability to interact with multidisciplinary teams.
Adaptability and willingness to work in a fast-paced and evolving environment
Working hours may include overtime, weekends and holidays or shift work depending on project needs.
May involve occasional travel to customer trails, Demo and test ON-sites.
